Greater Lowndes Planning Commission
(GLPC) and the Valdosta Mayor-Council will hold public hearings to consider the following conditional use, rezoning, and text amendment requests. The public hearings are as follows:
Greater Lowndes Planning Commission (recommendation only) Monday, July 31, 2017 - 5:30 p.m. 325 West Savannah Avenue, Valdosta, Georgia
Valdosta Mayor-Council (official public hearing) Thursday, August 10, 2017 - 5:30 p.m. 216 East Central Avenue (City Hall), Valdosta, Georgia
FILE NUMBER VA-2017-10. Request by Tombrooks LLC to rezone 1.5 acres from Single-Family Residential (R-15) to Single-Family Residential (R-10). The subject property is located at 318 Eager Road in Valdosta, Georgia (all or part of Tax Map 0111C - Parcel 267).
FILE NUMBER VA-2017-11. Request by Tombrooks LLC for a Planned Development approval for a mixed residential development in R-10 zoning. The subject property is located at 316 and 318 Eager Road in Valdosta, Georgia (all or part of Tax Map 0111C - Parcels 266 & 267).
FILE NUMBER VA-2017-12. Request by Jon Nijem to rezone 1.12 acres from conditional MultiFamily Residential (R-M)(c) to Multi-Family Residential (R-M). Notice is hereby given that the Greater Lowndes Planning Commission (GLPC) and the Hahira Mayor-Council will hold public hearings to consider the following Rezoning request. The public hearings are as follows:
Greater Lowndes Planning Commission (recommendation only) Monday, July 31, 2017 - 5:30 p.m. 325 West Savannah Avenue, Valdosta, Georgia
Hahira Mayor-Council (official public hearing) Thursday, August 3, 2017 - 6:00 p.m. 301 West Main Street (Hahira Courthouse), Hahira, Georgia
FILE NUMBER HA-2017-02. Request by Wilby Coleman to rezone 8.91 acres from Single Family Residential (R-10) to Highway Commercial (C-H) and "conditional" Single-Family Residential (R-10)(c).
The subject property is located along the south side of West Stanfill Street, approximately 500 feet east of the current intersection with Union Road, in Hahira, Georgia (part of Tax Map 0026 - Parcel 033).
